Before receiving your plan
You may cancel and receive a full refund any time before work on your nutrition plan begins.
After receiving your plan
The nutrition plan is a personalised knowledge product prepared specifically for your case, so its value is non-refundable once delivered. Refunds for unused remaining follow-up months on longer packages are considered case by case.
